Returns and Exchanges

Each Sweetnkaring order is prepared with tissue paper and seasonal ribbon. With an exchange and return service, Sweetnkaring is the ideal website for purchasing goods for yourself or gifts.

You can return all standard products ordered on Sweetnkaring within 7 (seven) working days following the delivery date in their original packaging and with a copy of the invoice. Returns charges are to be paid by the customer. 

How can i return or exchange a product ordered on sweetnkaring.com?
You can return/exchange any standard item purchased from sweetnkaring.com within 7 (seven) days after the delivery date. The item must be in its original packaging and with its receipt, the return is at your expense.

Should you decide to exercise your right to return purchased products, Sweetnkaring will not accept returned products that have been altered from their original status, worn or damaged. Please note Sweetnkaring do not refund the original cost of shipping the product to you.
